COMPREHENSIVE QUESTIONS are those that are complex and technical in nature, often specific to an individual, company or situation, and cannot be answered with a simple response. These questions normally require that we gather the relevant information, carefully research the issue and forward a comprehensive, detailed response to you. Prior to answering this type of questions, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost to respond to you and we will seek your approval to continue; are subject to our Retainer Policy; will be responded to you as promptly as possible and normally within an agreed time-frame.
